Process
You can sell your items with HIDE using our consignment system. We only consign brand new and excellent condition used items and only from European sellers, except if the product didn't release in Europe (US exclusive products for example).
1. Form
Fill in the form below or send us an email if you have a large inventory for sale (up to 20 items).
2. Agreement
Our team will send you an agreement email to confirm the sale of your items as soon as possible.
3. Shipping
Local sellers can drop-off your items in our store (Riga). Non-local sellers have to ship your items.
4. Sold
You will get a notification as soon as your items is sold. Then you will get paid in 2 - 5 business days.
Our consignment fee is 20% of the overall selling price meaning consignors will receive 80% of the overall amount.
Our team of specialists decide the price according to the market rate, prices vary depending on the condition, rarity, and size availability.
We decide the price for your item(s) by discussing them with our consignors, we make sure the price given is fair for our customers, as well as our consignors.
The price is not final until confirmed and reviewed by with the customer.
All items consigned to our marketplace must be brand new or excellent used condition with the original packaging and must be 100% authentic!
All items must be sent using an insured and tracked service to our storage department.
Once the items have been sent, you must allow us at least 30 days from receipt to sell your items before requesting to return at your expense.
You receive a wire transfer for once your items sell, International consignors also receive wire transfers.
Please allow 10-20 working days for your payment to be wired.
