All products sold by HIDE are carefully inspected and verified that items are 100% authentic and brand new. We built up an authentication database that includes data for every item sold on the platform. All of our items are inspected by at least two experts who have experience and knowledge and every single detail is checked: stitchings, shape, cuts, color, weight, touch, smell, materials, box, packaging, accessories, stickers, font.

2. Check
We will check availability of your desired item and will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm order.
3. Pay
Our team will set up your transaction. After the payment is fulfilled, your order will be processed.
4. Shipping
Your order will be shipped to you with standard or express delivery, depending on what you chose.
After you bought an item, we immediately contact the seller and intruct them to ship item to our Authentication and Fulfilment Centre in Europe.
Our professional authentication team personally inspects every item. When the authentication and quality check is 100% successful, we send it out safely and double boxed to you.
When the authentication and quality check is successful, we will ship the item directly to you and provide you with a tracking code for the shipment.
If the item does not pass our authentication and quality check, we will directly refund your payment (this sometimes may take up to 2 - 5 business days).
We are not able to offer returns, because all items are listed by private sellers.
